• Research Topics

  Legal comparison between EU, Germany, Austria and Japan in labor and social security laws; especially individual labor contract laws, gender equality, non-standard employment etc. as well as the labor and social security law in the age of a 100-year life and AI, rights of women and children, poverty of children.
  Pharmaceutical Affairs Law; Communication and foreign language education
  

• Overview of the research

  The particularity of the dogmatics in the Japanese labor contract law and precedents to be clarified through the international comparison and the necessity and possibilities of reforms be suggested. At the same time, the issues on discrimination or non-standard employment to be identified in relation with the contract law and solutions be concretely suggested.　Also the new vision and missions of the labor law and the social security law shall be re-defined for the time of 100-year life. How the rights of women and children can be established in the Japanese law order, how the poverty of children can be mitigated by legal measures.　Compare and seek possibilities to improve the pharmaceutical affairs laws in Japan and EU.　Can the foreign language education be improved by learning dialog communication skills?
