  Establishment of the rural planning methodology based on knowledge management

• Overview of the research

  Development of procedures and methods for reasonable plan-making is one of the cardinal problems in the field of rural planning. In the real process of planning, we need not only specialized knowledge but also tacit knowledge (empirical skills and intuitions). It is a key to transfer the tacit knowledge on rural planning from expert planners to beginners efficiently. I am working on development of method for extraction, transfer and share of the tacit knowledge from a viewpoint of the knowledge management.
