• Overview of the research

  I aim to elucidate soil-structure (concrete and steel structures) interaction, rationalize the design and construction of underground structures and foundation structures, and extend the service life of these structures. I also aim to develop a slope monitoring system that selects data of interest based on the mechanism of ground disasters caused by heavy rains and earthquakes and realizes proactive disaster prevention by utilizing data assimilation methods.
