        Development of novel imaging and optical manipulation techniques by spatio-temporal control of light
      • Overview of the research

        Two-photon fluorescence microscopy is a powerful tool for investigating biological phenomena in biological tissues. However, imaging characteristics beyond those of commercially available two-photon fluorescence microscopes are required. In this laboratory, we develop novel imaging and optical manipulation techniques for investigating biological phenomena.
