Profile
Profile
I joined the Nanoscopic Surface Architecture laboratory at April, 2014. I study the photo-modification and molecular self-assembly processes at surfaces of electrodes, polymers, and 2 dimensional materials.
Surface physical chemistry of semiconductor and metals. Recently, we have found that graphene oxide (GO) sheets can assist the chemical etching reactions of silicon. We are focusing on the application of 2-dimensional atomic- and molecular-layer materials for future materials processing.
Overview of the research
Self-assembled monolayer formation on the silicon and metal surfaces, and its electrochemical characterization. Molecular thin film formation on polymer surfaces.
Research Interests
Surface Chemistry
Electrochemistry
Scanning Probe Microscopy
graphene
