      • Overview of the research

        I am investigating novel examinations and treatment strategies for acute myeloid leukemia using clinical samples, cell lines, and mouse models.
        As a certified sonographer, I am also studying to establish improved assessment methods for rheumatoid arthritis and coexisting diseases using ultrasound.
        Both studies are proceeding through collaboration with each department of Kyoto University Hospital (Department of Laboratory Medicine, Pediatrics, Hematology, Therapeutic Oncology, Diagnostic Pathology, Rheumatoid Arthritis Center, Respiratory Medicine, Diagnostic Imaging and Nuclear Medicine, etc.).
