      慶應義塾大学総合政策学部専任講師。経済学博士、公衆衛生学修士。専門は医療経済学、社会疫学。東京大学経済学部を卒業後、厚生労働省に入省。保険局、老健局、総理大臣官邸等で12年間社会保障政策の企画立案に携わる。ハーバード大学に留学後、京都大学を経て、現職。1986年生まれ、北海道札幌市出身。
