      • Overview of the research

        シロイヌナズナ生物発光レポーター系統を用い、変異体探索およびMutMap方による遺伝子単離を実施し(Lumi-Map法)、植物病原卵菌類由来のセラミド関連化合物の受容および応答に関連する植物遺伝子の単離に成功した。
        現在、それらの因子の機能解析を進行中である。
