        熱帯早成樹林業における持続性と炭素貯留機能の評価、フタバガキ科樹木の更新動態38.0

      • Overview of the research

        急速に拡大する熱帯地域の早成樹林業では、4〜8年という短い周期で伐採が繰り返され、元々溶脱の進んだ貧栄養な土壌のさらなる劣化による森林破壊が危惧されている。熱帯早成樹林業の持続性と地球規模の気候変動に関わる炭素貯留機能の評価を目的として、インドネシアスマトラ島のフィールド調査を行っている。窒素固定樹種であるアカシア植林地に於いては、土壌炭素や窒素の蓄積にプラスの作用があることがわかった。195.0
