  Development of new materials acting on taste proteins by a supercomputer

• Overview of the research

  We reveal molecular mechanisms of taste receptor activities regulated by agonist binding and antagonist binding, using precise molecular simulations performed on a supercomputer. Furthermore, by utilizing in silico discovery techniques that have been previously developed by us, we efficiently develop novel agonist and antagonists of taste proteins.
