        Spintronics in two-dimensional materials and oxide materials
      • Overview of the research

        Spintronics is the research field to find a new physics with "spin current", the flow of spin angular momentum, and investigate a path way to the fundamental material physics or engineering. I am interested in the spin current properties in two-dimensional (2D) systems, in particular, oxide surfaces/interfaces. My research theme is studying the spin transport properties in 2D materials and controlling it by external fields.
