Evaluating Performance of Risk Identification Methods through medical database
Overview of the research
In drug safety evaluation using medical database, the problem of missing covariate arise from secondary use of data. Self-Controlled Design may solve this problem. I have been studying characteristics of this design to reveal advantage and disadvantage. In the future, I would like to efficiently use medical database for drug safety evaluation.
