• Research Topics

  Advanced Care planning in the UK and Japanese context ( cultural perspectives and structural differences). Patient reported outcome measures and quality of care, Integrated Palliative care.

• Overview of the research

  I am currently doing research in palliative care in three areas: Advanced Care planning perspectives between UK and Japan and its use in the ICU environment, Palliative Care interventions effectiveness in the Intensive care context and outcome measures in palliative care ( adaptation of measures for Greek patients). Shared decision making, quality of care measurement and integration of Palliative care in non specialist clinical settings are the key areas I am currently focusing on.
