The establishment of vascular cell and adreno cortical differentiation system from human ES/iPS cells and its application for the clarification of vascular pathology
Overview of the research
We established vascular cell differentiation system and adrenocortica differentiation system from human ES/iPS cells. We can induce both endothelial cells and mural cells using our methods. By applying this system to the clarification of human vascular biology or the analysis of patient-specific iPS cells, I plan to identify new factors related to vascular diseases.
