      • Overview of the research

        I have been researching various aspects of ecological, alternative, and heritage agriculture since 2005. My latest work concerns food literacy of children and the role of geographical indications in Asia. I have worked and studied in Germany, England, Israel, and Cambodia, as well as Japan. I also have a sub-speciality in studies of regional higher education (Southeast Asia).
