  複素半単純Lie代数や、そのルート系に付随して生じる代数系（Hecke代数や量子群など）の表現論を、主に加群圏の構造やその背景にある幾何に着目して研究しています。現在は量子アフィン代数の表現論が中心的な興味の対象です。
