  Combination therapy and TME; At present, Monotherapy in most cancer patients is not enough to completely eradicate cancer, combined therapy is the trend in cancer therapy.
  As we all know Tumor heterogeneity varies with different people, in addition to the complexity of TME, which limits the efficacy of single therapy in solid tumors, it may be necessary to target multiple factors (apply multiple drugs together to achieve complete elimination of tumors).
