      • Overview of the research

        生体内では、多種多様な生体高分子が非常に高密度に混在しているにも関わらず、多様な反応が混線することなく制御されており、精製過程を経ることなく並行して多段階の反応が可能な高効率な物質合成システムが確立されています。NMR法などを用いることで、実際にこれらの生体高分子が働く生きた細胞内等でその立体構造、ダイナミクス、相互作用や活性などを知り、これらの制御方法を学ぶことで高効率、かつ、低エネルギー消費の物質創出システムの構築を目指しています。
