        Studies on the interaction between class B scavenger receptor and fatty acids (or their related substances)
      • Overview of the research

        I have been investigated whether distinct serine proteases (e.g., matriptase and granzyme A) are involved in intestinal epithelial turnover (i.e., cell detachment and death). I have recently examined the interaction between class B scavenger receptors (e.g., CD36 and SR-B1) and food odorants (e.g., distinct fatty aldehydes).
