        昆虫の窒素代謝制御機構の解明
      • Overview of the research

        これまでに植物の抵抗性を誘導するエリシターとして知られてきたFACsが窒素代謝の効率化に関わることが明らかになってきた。幼虫中腸組織からのFACs生合成酵素を同定し、様々な昆虫におけるFACsの窒素代謝への影響を評価する。そこから発展して、鱗翅目幼虫における窒素代謝制御メカニズムを解明するとともに、コオロギやショウジョウバエなどFACsを持つ昆虫における窒素代謝制御の可能性を探る。
