        農業,環境分野への機械知能,機械学習手法の適用に関する研究を行っている。これまで,水田における水稲,畦道の判別,水田における倒伏の検出,屋外自律移動ロボットのナビゲーション,収穫期水田内での人検出などの研究を行ってきた。現在は,希少植物や農作物への獣害対策として,屋外環境でのシカ,サル等の検出に関する研究を行っている。
