        イネの養分吸収・利用特性の品種間差に関する検討
      • Overview of the research

        根圏の無機栄養元素の過不足に対する作物の耐性程度は作物種や品種によって異なる。イネを用いてホウ素過剰害耐性の品種間差の発現機構を検討している。これまでに、幼苗期のホウ素過剰耐性に関与するQTL遺伝子を転写因子として単離した。また、低カリウム条件において有用元素として働くナトリウムを吸収する能力の品種間差についても検討している。
