• Research Topics

  将来債権を中心とする将来の財産の管理・処分、動産・債権を担保として利用することによる資金調達の法的取扱い、その他担保法と倒産法の交錯領域に係る諸問題を研究対象としている。

• Overview of the research

  特に動産・債権を担保として利用した資金調達の法的取扱いについて研究している。この分野における国際的な法的ルールのあり方も視野に入れつつ、どのようなルールによって効率的な資金調達が可能となるかを明らかにしたいと考えている。
