        Adaptive response to nutritional variatons in animals
      • Overview of the research

        Aberrant homeostasis related to nutritional status is well-known phenomena. Currently, nutritional science mainly focuses phenomenal analysis. However, clarification from mechanistic bases is essential to understand relationship between nutritional status and homeostasis completely. In cells, around 10 signaling pathways are repeatedly activated through spatiotemporal regulation. My hypothesis is that homeostasis is maintained through modulation of core signaling activity modulated in response to aberrant nutritional status.
