Law system in ThailandOverview of the research
Main theme of my current studies is public law system in Thailand. Especially I am interested in the relationship between the constitution which has been revised very often and the politics in Thailand. My particular conscern is of the issues on relationship between corruptions by politicians and the law system in Thailand. Further more, from a view point of human rights, I take a part of the problems of foreign labors in Thailand, I study the Labor Law and the Law of Nationality of Thailand.
