      • Research Topics

        I study giant electric current circuits in the near-Earth space using global ground-based magnetometer and satellite data. My recent research topic is the feature and generation mechanism of the high-altitude acceleration region of auroral particles that carry currents. I also work on data service of geomagnetic data at WDC for geomagnetism, Kyoto and aim to find potential uses of global ground-based magnetometer data.
