        亜臨界水を用いた食品加工残渣の有効利用、蓄熱マイクロカプセルの作製、植物代替肉の作製、シングルボードコンピュータを用いたセンシングシステムの構築
      • Overview of the research

        食品加工残渣を水と混合し、高温で加熱する(亜臨界状態にする)ことで機能性物質を合成する手段について研究している。また、生分解性蓄熱マイクロカプセルの調製法について検討している。また、近年、植物代替肉の作製にも取り組み始めた。並行して、IoT(モノのインターネット)に関する研究として、シングルボードコンピュータを利用したセンシングシステムやデータ処理システムの構築にも取り組んでいる。
