Overview of the research
We are conducting research on genomics for microalgae and Labyrinthulea. Based on the obtained genetic information, we are conducting research aimed at producing carotenoids, ω3 fatty acids, and biofuels using microalgae and Labyrinthulea using genetic engineering techniques.
