        Bioinformatics analysis of single-cell and spatial genomics data. Prediction of regulatory mechanisms of gene expression at the epigenetic, transcriptional, and post-transcriptional level.
      • Overview of the research

        Biological data is often high-dimensional, and therefore difficult to process, visualize, and analyze. The goal of my research is the discovery of new insights in biological data using bioinformatics approaches. Recent projects include the analysis of single-cell and spatial transcriptomics data, and the development of bioinformatics methods for conducting such analyses.
