      • Overview of the research

        Semiconductors and their device technologies give richness to our future lives. In these technologies, it is necessary to consider not only the demand for high performance but also the development of technologies that are environmentally friendly. Therefore, we are researching to realize stable and safe materials such as oxide semiconductors by solution process with a small environmental load.
