        Development of MR Microscope (high resolution Magnetic Resonance Imaging), Investigation of imaging biomarkers for a human disease with the MR Microscope
      • Overview of the research

        I have been developing a high resolution MRI. At first, I applied the MR microscope to investigate low temperature physics. Currently, I’m applying to a human disease model of a small fish. This model is able to be visualized in vivo in the same environment as human’s with the MR microscope. I’m investigating imaging biomarkers for the human disease model using time-series analyses of the same individuals. Developing a higher resolution MR microscope, I’m trying to visualize cellular functions in an individual model in the time-series manner and to understand individual activities from cell biology.
