• Research Topics

  Developing mechanisms of higher vocational education

• Overview of the research

  I am researching the factors that influence the development of higher vocational education and the institutions that mainly provide it. In recent years, as there has been a trend toward the expansion of vocational education and its providers in the higher education system, I am interested in elucidating the existence of related actors and the directions they are taking. Based on the previous research on China, I am exploring the mechanism of development of higher vocational education in East Asia, as well as the possibility of international comparisons regarding the "view of higher education" and "view of vocation" in each country.
