Cell biological studies on the morphogenesis in algae, plants and microorganisms. Development of environmental education materials for liberal arts and sciences education.
Overview of the research
I investigate the morphogenesis in algae, plants and microorganisms by light and electron microscopy and molecular biological techniques. I constructed biotope ponds on a university campus for liberal arts and sciences education. I develop environmental education materials focusing on microalgae.
