        昆虫-植物の相互作用、植物の誘導抵抗性、植物の抵抗性を誘導する昆虫由来エリシター、昆虫の対抗適応機構
      • Overview of the research

        昆虫の食害によって誘導される植物の抵抗反応を化学物質レベルで捉える。また、自らの生存にとっては不利に働く昆虫由来エリシターの昆虫に置ける生理的意味を理解する。さらに、植物の抵抗性に対する昆虫サイドの対抗適応機構を明らかにする。これら昆虫-植物で働く相互作用を分子レベルで解析する研究から、生態学的にリーズナブルな害虫制御・植物保護法の開発につながる基礎的知見を得る。
