研究テーマ
婦人科がんの新規治療に関する研究、特に卵巣癌に対する免疫療法、分子標的治療、個別化治療 ２）婦人科がんの分子生物学的解析、特にゲノムワイド解析とAIを用いた解析研究概要
これまで20年間以上にわたって婦人科がん、特に卵巣がんの免疫学的解析をおこなってきた。この成果を生かしてトランスレーショナルリサーチとして、世界で初めて卵巣癌に対する抗PD-1抗体を用いた免疫療法の医師主導治験をおこない、その効果を報告した。現在、ゲノムワイド解析を通じて、婦人科がんの腫瘍免疫の状態を評価する方法の開発を進めており、AIによる機械学習も取り入れつつ、包括的な解析手段の確立を目指している。
